What age range do your clothes fit?
Our collections are designed for babies from newborn up to 12 months. However, we know that every baby grows at their own pace! That's why we include detailed sizing guides in both centimeters and inches for each item of clothing on our website. Some babies may comfortably wear our pieces beyond 12 months, while others might outgrow them sooner. We recommend checking the specific measurements for each garment against your little one's current size to ensure the perfect fit.
What materials do you use?

Our one-pieces, overalls, and blankets are crafted from a thoughtfully chosen blend of cotton and acrylic, making them hypoallergenic, breathable, and perfectly adaptable to every weather condition. Care & Washing
How should I wash the clothes?
For the best care of your baby's garments, we recommend hand washing all items with gentle baby laundry detergent and laying them flat to dry. We understand that time is precious when you have little ones, so if you need to use the washing machine, please use the delicate cycle with cold water and place the garments inside a garment bag for extra protection. Always lay flat to dry rather than using the dryer to help maintain the shape and quality of the clothing. Following these care instructions will help ensure your baby's clothes stay soft, comfortable, and beautiful wash after wash.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, through our website, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, if you live outside the US and would like to purchase one of our items, please reach out to us via our contact form and we'll work together to find the best solution for you. We're always happy to help connect our beautiful baby clothes with families wherever they may be.
Please note that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. Galopa is not responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, or any additional charges applied at the destination. If taxes and duties are rejected, the parcel will be destroyed by the destination country. Galopa will not assume responsibility for lost goods if a parcel is destroyed due to the receiver's refusal of taxes and duties.
What's your return and exchange policy?
We want you to absolutely love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes items may not be the right fit. We offer a 15-day return policy from the day you receive your item for a full refund to your original payment method. You also have up to 30 days to exchange your piece for a different size or style.
Please note that after the initial 15-day period, we can only offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds to your original payment method. For both returns and exchanges, items must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in original condition.
Please note that all discounted items are only eligible for store credit or exchanges, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refunds. This policy ensures we can maintain the quality and hygiene standards that are so important for baby clothing. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 4-8 business days. Express shipping: 1-2 business days.

All of our items come beautifully wrapped in personalized tissue paper, adorned with Galopa stickers and include a special postcard, making every order feel like a gift. My baby is between sizes. Which should I choose?
When your baby is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear, especially since infants grow so rapidly during their first year. This ensures your little one will be comfortable in their Galopa pieces for as long as possible and gives you the best value for your investment. Remember, you can always refer to our detailed sizing guides in centimeters and inches for each item to help make the best decision for your baby's current measurements.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Absolutely! We understand that finding the perfect fit for your growing baby can be tricky. You have up to 30 days from the day you receive your item to exchange it for a different size. The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached and in original condition. Please note that discounted items are only eligible for exchanges (not refunds), and final sale items cannot be exchanged. Return and Exchange Process
Return Process
1. Contact customer service at contact@galopababy.com or via our Contact Form
2. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
3. Package items securely with original packaging
4. Drop off at designated shipping location
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method, minus a restock fee of $15, within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Refund Timelines
• Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days after we confirm your return
• Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return processing
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
